Monitor and correct deviations from key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time to maximize productivity and efficiency. Inspire and develop the operational team and drivers to elevate performance standards and foster a culture of recognition and teamwork.

Previous experience in coordinating or operating logistics processes, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers. Direct experience managing operational teams in a floor environment. Proficiency in interpreting key management indicators (KPIs) related to Last Mile operations.
