Support agencies in identifying business opportunities in the Agro segment. Monitor business indicators and suggest corrective actions based on performance. Assist in complex negotiations and conduct market research in the regions where agencies are located. Train teams on financial solutions and contribute to identifying training needs.
What We're Looking For
Experience in business development within the Agro segment. Completed or ongoing postgraduate/MBA. ANBIMA CPA, C-Pro R or C-Pro I certification. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license (CNH B) and willingness to travel.
