Senior Business Analyst - Finance

The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for finance transformation projects spanning Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Recognition, while evaluating and mapping current processes to identify automation opportunities. They will also support system integrations, develop standardized documentation, provide project support using various methodologies, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 6 years of experience in finance operations, specifically involving AR, Billing, and Revenue Recognition with system dependency exposure. Required technical skills include advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, VBA), experience with ERP/CRM platforms, and familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or SQL.
