Core Responsibilities

Administer internal business systems and manage user access lifecycles to ensure operational reliability and security compliance. Provide first-level technical support and resolve system-related queries via Freshdesk within defined SLAs.

Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing or hold a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with familiarity in NetSuite and Order Desk being an advantage.
