The role involves working in a 24/5 shift rotation to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the VitalHub product suites. The intern will collaborate with international clients and internal development teams while ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
Requirements
Candidates should be undergraduates in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of SQL and the ability to work independently in a flexible environment are highly valued.
