The Franchise Executive is responsible for managing and scaling a portfolio of franchises, supporting them in commercial and post-sales tasks to ensure joint goal attainment. Key duties include acting as the main contact for franchisees throughout the customer lifecycle, defining prospecting strategies, mediating commercial negotiations, and ensuring portfolio profitability and satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in consultative sales and account management, coupled with an analytical profile focused on achieving commercial and retention targets. A strong sense of urgency and prioritization is necessary to balance simultaneous demands, while prior experience or interest in indirect sales structures is a plus.
