Core Responsibilities

The Specialist Payroll Improvement will lead and support payroll process improvement projects to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, acting as a subject matter expert to provide technical guidance and validate processes against corporate and legal commitments. This role involves managing compliance and risk, collaborating with global and regional teams to deploy initiatives, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.

Requirements

Candidates must have a university degree in Human Resources, Business, or Technology, coupled with over 5 years of experience in payroll processes, including deep technical knowledge of Chilean taxation, benefits, and labor legislation. Proficiency in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and advanced Excel is required, along with intermediate to advanced English skills for global collaboration.
