Oversee and coordinate all facility-related activities and services. Plan and manage the facilities maintenance budget. Ensure facilities comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Lead all site expansion projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of relevant facilities management experience; property management and/or BPO experience is highly desirable. Advanced English proficiency.
