Manage the macro-processes of the site, ensuring operational continuity and KPI compliance. Support the Supervisor in KPI review and trend analysis. Act as a high-complexity escalation point for Team Leaders, resolving incidents in real-time. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational audits, focusing on systemic findings.

Minimum of 3 years in Last Mile logistics operations, with at least 1-2 years as a Team Leader. Solid understanding of Last Mile KPIs and ability to resolve high-complexity incidents in real-time. Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills; SQL is desirable. Strong coaching skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
