Manage contracts by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with affiliates, logistics operators, and other strategic partners.

7+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Desired experience in Technology, eCommerce, Marketplace, or digital ecosystems. Advanced English proficiency. Technical knowledge in contract drafting and supplier relationships in technology and eCommerce.
