Territory Sales Lead (Líder de ventas regional) - Caribbean Coast region (Hybrid)

Own strategic relationships with large enterprises in the Caribbean Coast region, partnering with finance leaders to solve complex financial challenges. Drive the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, from initial conversations to contract signing. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline while developing new opportunities within the territory. Lead high-stakes conversations with C-level executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales managing large accounts in Colombia. Proven experience working with enterprise customers across Colombia's Caribbean Coast. Experience owning a geographic territory and achieving sales targets. Background in banking, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
