Core Responsibilities

Implement and control logistics processes at the service center, ensuring development, productivity, and deliveries/receipts in Cali. Monitor daily activities to ensure efficient operation aligned with established procedures. Evaluate package status, control daily inventory, and manage returns. Track management indicators, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in logistics operations, continuous improvement, and/or last mile. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Tableau for tracking operational KPIs. Knowledge of Office or G-Suite, KPIs, and agile methodologies.
