Specialist Program Manager LATAM

Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple pharmaceutical development programs in LATAM, from Business Case approval to commercial launch. Define and manage project scope, strategy, deliverables, risks, milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement mitigation actions to protect timelines and budgets.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines. 5 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in managing pharmaceutical development projects and regional or multicountry programs in Latin America. Advanced English proficiency.
