Own LATAM product strategy end-to-end and the regional roadmap, prioritizing across a portfolio of initiatives to deliver the greatest impact for the region. Translate ambiguous regional customer, regulatory, and GTM needs into clear requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Run discovery directly with customers, through interviews and pilots, and convert it into product requirements and pilot decisions.

7+ years of Product Management experience, the majority in fintech / cross-border payments.
