Operate the storage and distribution center, building and developing an excellent team. Lead and execute logistics operations across various areas, focusing on continuous improvement and quality control. Define key performance indicators to ensure service quality for users. Design and implement continuous improvement plans to maximize productivity in the storage and distribution processes.

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Quality, or related fields. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, and Excel. Availability to work on-site in Juazeiro do Norte from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
