Requirements

Candidates must possess over 2 years of experience in a similar role such as sales training or customer service personnel coaching, alongside over 3 years of verifiable B2C sales experience or prior sales supervisor experience. Ideal candidates should be patient, empathetic, organized, proactive, and have good personal presentation, along with a stable internet connection and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
