Analista de Treinamento (Designer Instrucional)

Analyze learning needs and develop educational solutions in various formats. Structure courses and learning experiences, creating scripts and technical specifications. Guide and validate the development team’s outputs to ensure adherence to methodological standards and project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Design. Intermediate English proficiency and experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 are desirable.
