Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages across the customer journey. Write and manage direct-response email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email sequences. Support paid advertising campaigns by aligning messaging, offers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences. Build and maintain marketing automations using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Kit. Monitor funnel, email, and campaign performance, continuously testing and optimizing for improved conversions. Use AI tools, including Claude, to streamline marketing workflows and accelerate execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch and improve campaigns that generate measurable business results.
Requirements
Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in direct response, lifecycle, or funnel marketing. Experience building and optimizing end-to-end marketing funnels. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferred Experience working with founders, startups, or high-growth businesses. Experience marketing digital products, coaching, education, SaaS, or information products. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows. Must-Haves: Proven experience building high-converting landing pages. Strong direct-response email copywriting skills with measurable campaign results. Experience supporting or managing paid advertising campaigns. Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Kit. Experience creating marketing funnels that generated measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve marketing execution and productivity. Ability to execute independently while thinking strategically. Nice to Haves: Experience growing and monetizing an email newsletter. Experience with WhatsApp marketing or messaging automations. Experience A/B testing funnels, emails, and landing pages. Familiarity with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms. Portfolio or case studies demonstrating conversion improvements, revenue impact, or successful funnel launches.
