What You'll Do
Analyze documents submitted to the company. Issue medical and administrative opinions and provide a definitive response regarding coverage, limitations, or denial of claims. Verify administrative information and policy conditions related to claims. Channel cases to relevant departments as necessary.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Medicine with title and license. Basic to intermediate English language skills. Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in insurance. Knowledge of medical and insurance terms. Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly intermediate Excel.
