Core Responsibilities
Lead the editing and post-production of all video and motion content for the Client's portfolio. Manage and develop the Bogotá City-based Motion Designer/Video Editor team, providing clear editorial direction and feedback. Partner with the Senior Producer on production scheduling and delivery planning. Establish and maintain post-production quality standards for the studio.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in similar roles. Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing across digital formats. Familiarity with GenAI video generation tools and experience leading or mentoring a post-production team.
