Manage regulatory requirements and monitor communications on regulatory portals. Analyze the scope of each requirement and coordinate information gathering with internal teams. Draft responses to authorities with technical and regulatory support, ensuring consistency and legal congruence. Generate reports and KPIs on response times and quality, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in regulated financial institutions. Direct experience in handling regulatory communications and interaction with supervisory authorities. Knowledge of Mexican financial system regulations and regulatory portal management. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
