Client Manager
ExperianCore Responsibilities
This role involves managing, retaining, and driving revenue growth within an existing client base while acting as the primary client liaison partnering with internal departments like ClientCare, Billing, and Product. Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, making outbound calls for relationship growth, and handling the full sales process from identification through contracting.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least two years of customer-facing and sales experience, coupled with three or more years of experience in Credit Bureau, Financial Services, Banking, Credit Unions, or Mortgage sectors. A Bachelor's degree and working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM are also required.
