Develop validation related documentation for new and existing applications in ServiceNow. Administer ALM and DevOps solutions, source code control systems, and CI/CD platforms. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ServiceNow incidents and work orders. Communicate clearly and proactively with business partners and IT teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. 5+ years of technical IT experience and document drafting experience in English. Extensive knowledge of R&D applications including source control, CI/CD, and defect tracking systems.
