NPI Analyst

Ensure that the launch process (Stage & Gate) is executed correctly to achieve successful management of new products. Process necessary information for planned launches, consolidate costs for each SKU, and generate monthly KPI reports to maintain adequate control of performance. Document results in the NPI process for each launch to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in related positions. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Intermediate-advanced English level (B2) is desirable.
