Manage and retain the assigned client portfolio via phone. Identify commercial opportunities and promote financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. Provide personalized attention, strategic advice, and high-quality commercial follow-up.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Contact Center Executive or in direct telephone sales. Solid knowledge of banking products such as credit, credit cards, and insurance. Negotiation skills and customer service orientation.
