Contact potential customers by phone using an automatic calling system. Explain the benefits of the Plata Credit Card and other financial products. Close sales and assist customers during the activation and post-sale process. Record your activities and actively collaborate with the team using digital tools.

Completed high school diploma (desirable). Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Basic knowledge of digital tools. Skills in negotiation and handling objections. Full-time availability (occasional Saturdays).

Monthly base salary of $10,000 gross. Integration bonus for the first 45 days (up to $1,500 gross for the first three pay periods subject to perfect attendance). Attractive commission scheme with monthly earnings of up to $20,000 or more. Biweekly payment and legal benefits from day one.
