Manage and develop the portfolio of individual clients, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Maintain updated client records and control credit operations in cases of default, defining strategies for resolution. Provide excellent customer service and conduct external visits to enhance portfolio management.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions. Knowledge of financial products and services. C-PRO R certification from Anbima is required.
