Support the recruitment and onboarding of new associates. Assist in auditing compliance with defined processes and procedures, including candidate tracking system management and reporting. Identify and implement continuous process improvements. Participate in specific HR projects and maintain effective communication processes among stakeholders.

6+ months of human resources experience. 6+ months of customer service experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in English.
