This role ensures the highest quality standards across all customer-facing content and validates backend data for dynamic content and audience targeting through execution, proofreading, and accessibility testing. The analyst will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and team coaching.

Requirements

Candidates must possess advanced expertise in proofreading, copy editing, and grammar, along with strong knowledge of QA tools like Adobe Campaign and Wrike, and experience testing digital channels using tools like BrowserStack. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or editing is required.
