The Churn Agent is responsible for maximizing the retention and activation of commercial partners through strategic onboarding and recovery plans. They will diagnose root causes of inactivity and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance and reduce churn.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of commercial experience, specifically in field-based roles requiring in-person visits. A degree in Business Administration or Commercial Management is required, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital office software.
