Develop the truck needs plan by origin and destination for the short and medium term using the company's optimization and planning tools. Ensure the quality of inputs and the traceability of assumptions used in each run, providing visibility of the plan to Field teams and transporters. Monitor that suppliers have the necessary capacity to meet the submitted plan, anticipating long-term capacity breaks and coordinating necessary adjustments.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, data analysis, operations, or management control, managing multiple stakeholders. Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation, along with experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
