You will control the yard operations during your shift, acting as the point of contact for Linehaul to resolve real-time dispatch contingencies. Support transportation companies in Mercado Libre systems and monitor their performance through reports and periodic meetings. Identify optimization opportunities and lead improvement projects using structured methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields (or equivalent operational experience). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, yards, or dispatch. Intermediate knowledge of Excel/reporting tools; basic SQL skills are a plus.
