Manage external teams in their development, control of schedules, and routine, providing feedback and monitoring driver training deviations. Monitor loading statuses, conduct operational alignment meetings, and manage monitoring deviations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in Supply Chain operations, transportation, and planning. Proficiency in Office Suite, Lean/Six Sigma, and data analysis tools for decision-making.
