Map and deepen the technical understanding of each new product launched by the company, identifying how and where it generates delinquency and credit risk. Propose the structure, processes, and functional design of the collection/recovery operation for each new product from scratch, focusing on organization and scalability. Conduct strategic alignments with multiple stakeholders to ensure the operation is integrated with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Experience in leading/management of collection and credit recovery operations. Experience in designing or structuring processes and operations, preferably in contexts of new products or new business fronts.

The company offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-person collaboration at the São Paulo office once a week.
