Monitor key performance indicators for those charging through Mercado Pago to identify improvements and execute action plans. Ensure the profitability of the client portfolio by seeking upselling opportunities. Identify optimization opportunities to enhance customer experience. Provide support in advising and designing projects for those charging through Mercado Pago and develop long-term meaningful relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions managing commercial relationships. Strong knowledge in spreadsheet management (Excel or Spreadsheets). Knowledge in SQL or similar tools is desirable.
