Prospect, validate, and develop strategic partners, including rental companies and vehicle management solution providers. Negotiate contracts, service improvements, and amendments focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, analyze results, and propose action plans with suppliers.

Relevant experience in supplier/partner management, negotiations, or contracts. Analytical skills to work with indicators, SLAs, and process improvement. Experience in fleet management (motorcycles and light vehicles) and knowledge of administrative and operational routines of vehicle rental companies.
