Banamex - COO / Execution

Review and analyze stabilized property operations and sponsor performance. Propose actions to maintain loan performance and maximize asset value. Prepare and present credit recommendations related to loan extensions and modifications. Interact with various external and internal transaction parties to ensure timely completion of asset reviews and related reporting.

10+ years of experience in relevant fields. Minimum of 6-7 years in multifamily asset management, transaction management, or underwriting. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate required, with a Master's degree preferred. Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs.
