Core Responsibilities

The intern will provide continuous administrative support for key People & Culture processes, including managing onboarding and coordinating training logistics and culture events. They will also coordinate with internal clients to ensure efficient workflow execution and contribute ideas for innovation.

Requirements

Candidates must be active students (7th cycle or later) in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology, possessing intermediate English proficiency for corporate communication. Required attributes include service orientation, strong organization, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to integrity and compliance.
