Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Proactively source qualified plumbing and skilled trades candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, and outreach. Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and direct sourcing. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Evaluate candidates using a structured rubric and hiring criteria. Prepare candidate summaries and documentation for leadership review. Submit 5–10 screened candidates per week to maintain a healthy hiring pipeline. Coordinate candidate communication throughout early hiring stages. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment tracking. Collaborate with leadership to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or candidate screening. Experience sourcing candidates for skilled trades, blue-collar roles, or field service positions. Strong candidate evaluation and screening skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a structured hiring process with scorecards and evaluation criteria. Ability to proactively source candidates and manage a recruiting pipeline. Nice-to-Haves: Experience recruiting plumbers or other skilled trades professionals. Experience sourcing candidates in construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools. Experience working with US-based companies or hiring managers.
