The Document Support Specialist manages the ingestion, indexing, and validation of digital and physical documents into enterprise systems. They are responsible for maintaining data integrity, monitoring ingestion pipelines, and collaborating with IT to improve intake processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and familiarity with Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Experience with collection management systems (CLS) or Cogent is preferred.
