Core Responsibilities

This role involves leading the Business Development of Mastercard’s Cross-border Services across the Central America Region by leveraging deep industry knowledge to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. The Director will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, proactive pipeline management, and by serving as a trusted advisor to key financial institution stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proven sales ability with a competitive mindset and deep expertise in cross-border payments, including account-to-account and card-based transfers, as well as treasury/settlement banking. Essential requirements include fluency in both Spanish and English, an established network within Central American financial services, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
