Coordinate, validate, execute, and monitor recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for mid-level and non-mass positions. Select sources and means of recruitment to obtain suitable candidate bases. Evaluate and execute psychological, technical, and knowledge tests, and conduct interviews with candidates according to established techniques.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or related fields. Experience in personnel selection, application and interpretation of selection instruments, and mass selection processes. Intermediate knowledge of Office tools.
