Independently design and analyze complex reports to meet management requirements. Develop and maintain capacity planning, forecasting, and resource sizing models. Present analysis, results, risks, and strategic recommendations to operational leaders and management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, or Business Analytics. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
