Regularly review post performance, spot patterns, and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the product team to prioritize announcements and explain features clearly to the audience.

3+ years of experience in social media, ideally in fintech or banking. Strong ability to create aesthetic content and comfort working with data such as reach and engagement rates. Basic knowledge of contemporary art and visual culture, with a strong eye for Mexican creative work. Native or C1 Spanish, B2+ English.
