Core Responsibilities

Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to consumers via email, live chat, and phone, while showcasing passion for the product's intricacies. Assist customers with inquiries, build team trust, and act as a customer advocate by reporting product or process improvements to leadership.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, proven success in a fast-paced support environment, and at least 3 years of customer support experience dealing with complex issues. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and dig into system details to solve problems.
