Maintain updated content and materials in response to process changes and business priorities. Conduct end-to-end training initiatives with autonomy and organization, and monitor indicators and feedback to evaluate training outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Knowledge in adult learning and instructional design. Experience in training and development, preferably with operational teams or large-scale training. Familiarity with training indicators methodologies and results evaluation.
