Premises & Services Analyst (Analista de contratos)

Execute the search for new locations for bank activities, including offices and ATMs. Manage and maintain agreements for bank spaces, including payment management and contract renewals. Coordinate with various bank areas requiring access to managed spaces and support internal clients with necessary real estate information.

Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration with proven experience in contract management. Mandatory experience in lease contract management. Knowledge of notarial and legal processes is desirable. Strong negotiation skills and a commercial profile.
