UX/UI Product Designer Júnior - Pleno - Sênior

Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Create user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, and low and high-fidelity prototypes. Develop modern and intuitive interfaces using Figma, contributing to the creation and maintenance of Design Systems. Plan and execute usability tests, validating hypotheses and proposing continuous improvements for the experience.

Experience or practical knowledge as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer, suitable for Junior, Mid, or Senior positions. Knowledge and/or mastery of Figma, including wireframes, prototyping, components, and Design Systems. Experience with User Research, Personas, User Flows, User Journey, usability testing, and accessibility.
