Core Responsibilities

Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Japan. Partner with the Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales technical discussions and API consultations. Guide new enterprise customers through API integration and onboarding. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve localized experiences and translate complex requirements into clear specifications.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise/B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role. Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows. Native or business-level Japanese and business-level English for collaboration with global teams.
