Act as a technical reference for the social agenda and impact projects aligned with the bank's ESG strategy. Support the development of socio-environmental initiatives and educational programs. Structure and evolve initiatives related to community relationships and social investment projects. Lead transversal projects promoting integration between social, environmental, and business agendas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, International Relations, Communication, Law, or related fields. Previous experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or impact projects. Experience in managing transversal projects and interfacing with multiple areas. Strong communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships.
